Euro Challenge - An exciting educational opportunity for high schools students (grades 9 & 10) to learn about the European Union (EU), the largest trading partner of the US, and its single currency, the euro. Now in its seventh year, the Euro Challenge is designed to appeal to students with a background in global studies, economics, world history/geography or European studies.
Summer Study Trip - The European Union Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is pleased to send educators on a summer study tour to Europe, funded by the European Commission's Getting to Know Europe grant.
Visualize the European Union - The European Union Center (EUC) at the University of Illinois invites submissions of visual presentations of the European Union. We are especially interested in submissions that address the issues of EU food, energy, sustainability, security, and governance.

Illinois Translation Competition - The Center for Translation Studies and the European Union Center at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign will hold a translation competition from EU languages into English for Illinois High-School students.
